HEA Compatibility – Course table compliancy

Columns for Section and Subject have been deprecated in Microsoft’s Course table to meet compatibility requirements with Microsoft's Higher Education Accelerator (HEA) v.5.
Foundry's update to Microsoft’s Higher Education Accelerator (HEA) v.5 for greymatter version 9.6 includes the deprecation of Course Section and Subject columns. The Course Section data is now maintained using Microsoft’s Course Section table (mshied_coursesection), while Course Subject data is now maintained using the Course table’s Primary Subject lookup column (mshied_PrimarySubject).
The table below compares the columns deprecated in the mshied_course table for greymatter v.9.5 with HEA v.4 against the instructions that guide their replacements for greymatter v.9.6 with HEA v.5.
