The following greymatter Flows have been updated to meet HEA v.5 compliancy requirements:
Calculate Agency Commission for an Academic Period workflow in Academic Period Enrollment and the Set Grade Point Letter Grade As Required business flow in Course Enrollment.

Academic Period Enrollment
Course Enrollment
- Calculate Agency Commission for an Academic Period workflow was using Credit Load (mshied_creditload) and Major Credit Earned (mshied_majorcreditearned) integer columns for calculations. These columns have been deprecated and replaced with mshied_creditload_ and mshied_majorcreditearned_ decimal columns.
Course Enrollment
- A business flow called Set Grade Point Letter Grade As Required will modify column requirements depending on user input. If the user wishes to enter a letter grade, then a set of fields will be opened to support the action. If user wishes to enter a numerical GPA, then a different set of fields will be opened to support that action. Foundry has changed the Letter Grade column from mshied_lettergrade to mshied_lettergradeid in the business process flow.
