Portal: LOA not able to be downloaded from dropdown once student status changes to Accepted

Letter of Acceptance (LOA) was not able to be downloaded from the Portal -> Student Profile -> Program Applications -> 'Options dropdown menu' once student status changes to 'Accepted'.

Letter of Acceptance (LOA) is now able to be downloaded from the Portal -> Student Profile -> Program Applications -> 'Options dropdown menu' once student status changes to 'Accepted' and for all statuses thereafter.
