Databridge synchronization
will be done by System Administrators through Azure Portal. But some of the greymatter clients prefer to maintain databridge synchronization schedule from within CRM without need for accessing Azure portal logic apps. The latest release of greymatter provides this feature.

deficiency of pre-determining the Event start date and time based on current user’s time zone. greymatter is redesigned
to allow the user to specify Time Zone in which the Event will be conducted. Users can specify the Timezone when selecting Start/End Date/Time of the Event Schedule.
Fuse Duplicate Detection Enhancements

Optionset Manager for Managing Drop Down Options

One of the issues faced by our clients is that the D365 platform overwrites Optionset values back to baseline whenever greymatter upgrade is released. This results in manual work from Administrators and Functional Analysts who maintain the Optionset values. The Optionset Manager app overcomes this limitation! The Optionset Manager app allows users to store the Optionsets values for every entity including the global Optionsets. This eases the job of managing Optionset datasets and reduces the need for manual data entry thereby reducing the possibility of errors.

The greymatter v9.4 release includes the provision to integrate with Zoom and Teams. An administrator is able to associate a resource category (Skill) for the Resource (Staff member) to allow for either a zoom or teams meeting. Clients are able to support both meeting types one for each resource category. In addition to resource scheduling, an appointment creation with a meeting link for zoom or teams, depending on the chosen platform, is also created. Will require a zoom paid account.
